Metro Construction has completed several commercial projects. Most recently was the extensive refurbishment and addition of an internal courtyard to the Old Takapuna Post Office in Hurstmere Rd. See "Projects" for photos.

We provide an experienced team of builders with an average of over 10 years building experience. Our builders come from a wide range of backgrounds so we are able to hand pick the best team for each job. Given this pool of talent we can undertake all construction projects from the complex and expensive fit outs to tilt slab warehouses.

Effective project management is the best way to ensure that a project runs smoothly. Every project we undertake has a foreman / project manager responsible for mitigating problems, managing costs and time frames. We manage the process every step of the way from the permit being issued right through until Code of Compliance.
