Leaky Homes

Metro Construction has undertaken a number of projects involving moisture ingress into homes. It is an unfortunate fact that many homes built in the last 15 years have issues pertaining to moisture entry. These leaks can occur in a wide range of ways from roof leaks, cladding and window details, through to capillary action from cladding being terminated below ground level.

We are completely discreet and never discuss your home or moisture problems with anyone else. We understand that this is often a hard time for people both emotionally and financially, so we try our best to be supportive.

Metro has completed a number of major recladding projects. We will only undertake leaky home remedial work in conjunction with a water tight home approved designer and with a council permit. We are only interested in undertaking this kind of work if the clients goal is to "fix it properly". If you are looking to have your home patched up for re-sale you have our sympathy, but please call someone else.
